Processing your orders

All stock orders will be completed and shipped within 5-9 working days. You, as our customer, will be informed via e-mail of any deliveries, which fall outside of this time.

Additional transit time is applicable, depending on your location.

Deliveries

We are shipping your orders by international courier companies. The charges depend on the amount of the order and the destination. If special delivery arrangements are requested (e.g. express overnight courier), additional charges based upon the cost of the shipment and a handling fee will be applicable.

- orders with possibility of local delivery will be charged with delivery cost of €7.50 for orders up to 3 kg; orders 3-10 kg will be charged with delivery cost of €16.00;

- orders from EU countries without possibility of local delivery will be charged with delivery cost of €45.00 for orders up to 2 kg; orders 2-5 kg will be charged with delivery cost of €65.00; orders heavier that 5 kg are subject to special delivery;

- orders from non-EU European countries will be charged with delivery cost of €65.00 for orders up to 2 kg; orders 2-5 kg will be charged with delivery cost of €95.00; orders heavier that 5 kg are subject to special delivery;

- all other international orders will be charged with delivery cost of €90.00 for orders up to 1 kg; orders 1-2 kg will be charged with delivery cost of €110.00;  orders 2-3 kg will be charged with delivery cost of €130.00; orders heavier that 3 kg are subject to special delivery;

The above amounts are added automatically at your checkout.

Orders outside the scope of the above stated will be charged with delivery cost communicated to you additionally.

Returns Policy

Where the customer rejects the Products as not being in accordance with the customer's requirement, ‘theBlue KNX Store’ shall reserve the right to refund all or part of the original invoiced amount.

Special / Made to order / Ordered by Request items, can only be returned if they are found to be faulty or the supplier grants authorization as these are made to order items that are not stocked.

When the customer sends an item back to ‘theBlue KNX Store’, we will process the returned item then notify the customer via e-mail of the refund.

The refund shall be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. The refund shall be made within three weeks of the confirmation of refund for the returned item(s).

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period:

- customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date on which the item is delivered; exceptions are made for Special / Made to order / Ordered by Request items;

- where you are withdrawing from your purchase within this seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item;

- we will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to the customer in connection with the purchase;

Items returned after the seven-day cooling off period:

- where the customer is withdrawing from the purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item as invoiced less a 35% charge per item for restocking if returned in original packaging. If not in original packaging but in a resalable state, there will be a 50% charge;

- we will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to the customer in connection with the purchase; 

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return a product, please inform us by email in advance so we could arrange all necessary details.

We will send you the RMA label for your product return.

All the prices listed in this website do not include VAT and are in EURO except otherwise mentioned explicitly.
